Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish that we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the Shipping Policy?

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Sacred Black Studio to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Sacred Black Studio may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

There is a risk for packages not ever arriving to final destinations going to the UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico and areas in South Africa. 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. 

Once your order is placed online, there will be a processing time to manufacture your items, it can take up to 3-18 business days before your order is shipped.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

USPS First Class Mail

7-10 business days for USPS Priority Mail

3-5 business days for USPS EXPRESS MAIL

1-2 business days for USPS First Class International Airmail

10-14 business days USPS Priority Mail International

7-10 business days for USPS Priority EXPRESS International Mail

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

First Class - Small Item - $3.50 - First class mail, for small lightweight items. As of June 2020, delivery time is 7-10 days.

USPS Standard Mail - $4.95 - This option is available for orders under 13 ounces. As of June 2020, delivery time is 7-10 days.

USPS Priority Mail - $7.95 - This is a flat rate for any size order, anywhere in the US. As of June 2020, delivery time is 3-5 days depending on your distance from Minneapolis, MN, but the delivery date is not guaranteed and could take longer. This is our most popular shipping method.

UPS Ground - As of June 2020, delivery time is running up to 10 days depending on distance. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts around $6.

UPS 2-Day - As of June 2020, delivery is 2-3 business days from the date your order is shipped but it is not guaranteed. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts around $15.

UPS Overnight - Currently Unavailable

International - Orders shipped internationally are very delayed at this time, but should arrive within 3 weeks dependent on overseas shutdowns, customs, and delivery. Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts at $20. This cost includes only the shipping fee, you are responsible for any import fees and taxes charged by your home country.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from htttps://www.sacredblackstudio.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Sacred Black Studio does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Sacred Black Studio reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Sacred Black Studio reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Sacred Black Studio reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

What is the Return Policy

FREE Shipping for all Orders in USA & Free Exchanges within 30 days

Sacred Black Studio wants you to be very Happy with your Purchase, if you do not have a Big Smile as a result of your Purchase, then please Return your item(s) within 30 days from the Date of Purchase, for a Full Refund. If you choose to Exchange an item. We will Gladly offer you Free Exchanges within 30 Days, or a Store Credit. Sorry, No Returns or Exchanges are eligible, after 30 days from the Date of Purchase.In order to ensure a quick Refund or Exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all Original tags attached. Please note that Shipping Charges are not reimbursed.For International Customers, if you encounter delays with your Purchase clearing customs in a timely manner, you may contact Customer Service to obtain approval for a late Return. If your item does not fit the above criteria we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.

How to Send back your Return or Exchange Order (US Orders):

Please indicate on your Invoice whether you are Exchanging or Returning the item. For Exchanges, indicate the desired Style/Size and Description, you wish to Exchange the item for.  We also highly recommend placing your Exchange on hold with a Dreamtime Customer Service Representative, so it does not sell out while we await your package. E-mail us  at neeno.ink@gmail.com, with your Invoice number and the Style/Size and Description of item you would like on hold and we will happily do so for you. 

How to Ship:

To Ship an item back to Sacred Black Studio, simply pack your item and Invoice into any box or envelope and Address it toSacred Black Studio/1333 Strad Avenue/North Tonawanda, NY 14120For Priority Shipping, simply pack your item and Invoice into a USPS Priority Envelope or Box and affix a Mailing Label. You can acquire a Mailing Label online at www.usps.com or in any local Post office. To mail your package, you can:a) Schedule a free pickup with your regular mailman. (Your mailman will usually take your package even if you haven't scheduled a pickup).b) Simply drop your package in a mail drop box, for smaller packages that fit.c) Drop your package off at the post office.Once your Return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your Refund and automatically apply a credit to your Credit Card or original method of payment within 7 days.  Please note that depending on your Credit Card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your Credit is applied, for it to post to your account. 

SALE ITEMS: Store Credit. If your exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit along with a free shipping coupon for your next purchase.

ALL OTHER ITEMS: Store Credit or Equal Exchange. If your exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method along with a free shipping coupon for your next purchase.  

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.Sacred Black Studio is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email neeno.ink@gmail.com. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Sacred Black Studio for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

Sacred Black Studio will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Sacred Black Studio representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Sacred Black Studio reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Sacred Black Studio support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Sacred Black Studio.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Send an email to neeno.ink@gmail.com to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.

Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.
